Share your three commitments with your accountability partner and check in with them weekly, until the end of the year.
Create reminders on your calendar to check in on your own progress - either weekly or monthly.
As you see initial results, your commitment will grow. As your commitment grows, you’ll be even more willing to ask for feedback and to practice, and you’ll see even greater results.
It’s an upward spiral that leads to sustained influence. By the end of the year, your ability to communicate with influence will be a part of who you are. It will be what you do every day. It will work the same way that a consistent diet and exercise lead to sustained health. When you see the positive results, you’ll never want to go back to your old habits
